•  Rates are quoted inclusive of VAT in SA Rands, subject to availability.

•  All rates quoted are subject to change, without prior notice, however rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured.

•  Guests have exclusive use to the lodge - no single room bookings.

•  Minimum 2 nights stay required.

•  Guests are required to check in from 14:00 and check out before 10:00 (Time of arrival needs to be communicated with management)

•  Two game drives per day (on flexible time schedule)

•  Park fees and daily gate fees included

•  Black Rhino Game Reserve has a low-noise policy, and reserves the right to fine any noise offenders.

•  Children are welcome. The lodge can accommodate up to 4 children (10 years and younger) when at full capacity of 10 adults. Additional children can be accommodated with arrangements.

Payment:

•  50% deposit of the total price to secure the booking, full payment 30 days prior to check-in date.

•  EFT acceptable, payable into South African bank account provided.

•  Credit cards can be accommodated - it will be done via a secure link sent on email.

Cancellations:

•  Only cancellations before 30 days prior to book-in, is refundable.
